Repairs and Restorations
What is a restoration?
A restoration on a car is typically done to bring a well-loved (or used) car back to as close to “As New” condition as possible. There are partial or full restorations that can be completed.
Why would one opt to restore?
There are many reasons to restore a vehicle but most fall into one of the three categories: sentimental value, investment piece or a competition contender.
We can provide you with an estimate on what it would take to repair your car, to get it running again, or what it would take to be a top contender in a well-respected car show.
We perform complete frame-up restorations and collision repair for the various makes we sell, in conjunction with a specialist paint and body shop. No project is too large or too small. Engine rebuilding, performance tuning, and wiring are all mainly done in house by experienced technicians. We can also install new interiors and convertible tops. As a Moss Motors parts distributor for over 20 years, we can provide their fine replacement components for nearly all of the vintage British cars on the road today. We also have a great stock pile of excellent used and hard to find pieces for that treasured possession.
